He has been incarcerated 13.5 years and the last 5.5 years spent in Pennsylvania's administrative custody (solitary confinement) without an institutional infraction after being removed from general population. Jerome Coffey status was reassigned to long term solitary confinement see e.g. No DC-ADM 802-3 IVK restricted release list: www.cor.state.PA.US/standards/lib/standards/DC-802inmateadministrative.pdf. Another one of Pennsylvania's notorious oppressive policies.

DRIVE is a wonderful organization that exposes the death penalty worldwide and racism through non violent protesting by diligently making the public aware of what's going on; particularly the abuse and inhumane conditions on Texas Death Row i.e. the Polunsky Unit.

The state of Texas is the worst in the union to have the death penalty. We thank DRIVE for the initiative to create a worldwide movement to campaign the end of the death penalty internationally and expose the abuse that's happening on Texas Death Row.

My respect to the Texas five: Kenneth Foster, Rob Will, Gabriel Gonzalez, Reginald Blanton, Da'Mon Simpson, for the courage of standing up to an injustice system and keeping hope alive and exposing the prisoncrats and holding the administration accountable of abuse.
